1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account on MysticSMM. By using our platform, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract and that your use does not violate any local laws or regulations.

2. Account Registration & Key Security

To purchase services or utilize our reselling features, you must register a secure account.

• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide an active, valid email address and profile details.
• Credential Safety: You are fully responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity occurring under your account.
• API Keys: If you use API key integration, you must store the key securely in backend environments. Never share your API key with third parties or publish it in frontend clients. MysticSMM is not liable for unauthorized balance usage resulting from leaked keys.

3. Use of Services & Platform Rules

MysticSMM is an automated platform facilitating social media marketing delivery (likes, views, followers, Discord members, Roblox Robux, etc.).

• Compliance with Social Media Terms: You agree to use our services in compliance with the rules and guidelines of target networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Roblox, Discord, etc.). MysticSMM is not responsible for any actions, suspensions, or content removals taken by these platforms on your accounts.
• No Malicious Content: You may not place orders pointing to profiles or content containing malware, illegal goods, adult content, hate speech, or harassment.
• No Delivery Guarantees: Delivery speeds and start times are estimated averages. Actual performance varies due to system load and platform algorithm updates.

4. Payments, Wallet Credits & Disputes

All financial activities on MysticSMM use a prepaid wallet balance mechanism.

• Prepaid Deposits: You must deposit funds into your wallet using supported cryptocurrencies via NowPayments before placing SMM orders.
• No Withdrawals: Deposited funds are strictly non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or returned to card or blockchain addresses.
• Billing Errors: If you notice an incorrect debit on your balance, submit a support ticket within 48 hours for auditing and adjustment.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through payment networks will lead to immediate, permanent termination of account access, api credentials, and forfeiture of all remaining balances.

5. Prohibited Platform Exploits

Users are strictly prohibited from performing the following actions:

• Filing simultaneous duplicate orders for the same social media link.
• Using scrapers, bots, or custom scripts to overload our dashboard or API.
• Registering multiple accounts to exploit promotional discounts or referral structures.
• Attempting to bypass access restrictions, reverse-engineer dashboard source code, or exploit database endpoints.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your account access at any time, with or without prior notice, if we detect fraudulent activity, API abuse, terms violation, or behavior harmful to other users or our infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, layouts, logo assets, design systems, and text content featured on the MysticSMM dashboard are the exclusive intellectual property of MysticSMM or its partners. You may not copy, republish, modify, or resell our materials without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

MysticSMM, its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, account visibility, or social media stats) arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MysticSMM from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your integration of our API, your promotional campaigns, or your violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law & Updates

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our platform or API following changes constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Referral Program

MysticSMM operates an automated referral commission program. When a user you referred places a successful API order, you automatically receive a 5% commission of the order value, credited directly to your wallet balance. Referral commissions are paid in real-time upon order fulfillment. Attempting to abuse the referral system by creating self-referral structures, bot accounts, or exploiting commission mechanics will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accrued referral commissions.

11. Amendments & Notification

MysticSMM reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through dashboard notifications or email alerts to registered accounts. The date at the top of this document reflects the latest revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued usage of our platform after any update constitutes binding acceptance of the new terms.

12. Virtual Developer SMS Sandbox Guidelines

Virtual numbers provided in the user dashboard are leased strictly for software application development, integration testing, and sandbox verification flow debugging. You agree not to use virtual numbers to bypass security checkpoints, register automated bulk accounts, commit fraudulent actions, or circumvent two-factor authentication (2FA) guidelines on secure external networks. MysticSMM reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines and report malicious behavior to target platforms.

Summary of User Obligations

By using MysticSMM, you agree to: (1) provide accurate registration information; (2) use services in compliance with all applicable laws and platform guidelines; (3) never abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the MysticSMM platform or API; (4) keep your API key and account credentials confidential; (5) resolve disputes exclusively through our internal ticket support system rather than external payment disputes. These obligations ensure a fair, safe, and sustainable platform for all users worldwide.
